CEMA solutions are fully scalable, enhanced by our offshore and onshore construction experience. Engineering and design from concept and feasibility studies to enhanced production methodologies, cost estimating and options analysis, our capability is extensive, spanning topsides, jackets and terminals.
Standardisation has benefits, but one solution does not fit all
Our engineering team endeavours to utilise previous proven solutions wherever possible, this can add extensive cost reductions, reduced schedule and proven result.
Standardisation can take many forms, from a simple pipe support to full simplification process, but each provides a value reduction.

Maintaining a PDMS model and associated 2D deliverables for an asset can provide extensive future cost and schedule reductions
Model management on steroids, the digital twin also includes all calculations, data sheets, maintenance information etc. linked together in a scalable manner to suit need.
CEMA produces full fabrication deliverables and by utilising bespoke scripts within PDMS, a majority of these functions are automated. We have engaged with our local fabricators and confirmed that our deliverables require no additional work prior to use.
Secure Storage
All model data is securely stored on an air gapped system, ensuring zero external accessibility.
fast and secure distribution
All PDMS models are distributed on encrypted drives, these will normally be delivered to the owner for distribution to any third party as required. Upon completion the information can be verified and modifications incorporated into the stored copy.
The primary copy will always be secure.
PDMS UPDATES
As-building services are available on the PDMS model and 2D deliverables if required, ensuring that all your information is up to date and readily available.
